GENERAL INFORMATION

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. After this time, any further stay on the premises (in the room or in the spa) is subject to a €100.00 supplement per room, upon availability, and allows guests to remain until 3:00 p.m. at the latest. Please note that in case of late check-out or extended stay, the afternoon dessert buffet is not included. For late check-out after 3:00 PM and no later than 6:00 PM, a fee of 50% of the room rate applies.
• Early check-in (from 9:00 a.m.) and late check-out (until 3:00 p.m.), subject to availability, are available at a surcharge of € 100.00 each and include access to the SPA during the stated times.
  Breakfast (€ 42 per person) and afternoon buffet (€ 18 per person) are not included.

• Smokers: Smoking is only permitted outside.
• Towels: Please leave the towels you no longer wish to use on the bathroom floor. Because there is no Planet B 😊
• Amenities: To ensure a sustainable experience and reduce unnecessary waste, bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hand wash) are provided in wall-mounted dispensers. We kindly ask you not to remove them, nor to tamper with or force them from their holders.
  Should a dispenser be damaged or forcibly removed, the cost may be charged to your room. If any product runs out, we will be happy to replace it immediately. Please contact Reception by dialing 9.
  Thank you for your cooperation and for supporting a responsible use of resources.
• Children: Children are welcome at our facility. However, to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, please supervise your little ones during your stay. We rely on your understanding and cooperation to maintain a serene and pleasant environment for everyone. Upon request, we can arrange a babysitting service for an additional fee.
• Gift Vouchers: “This gift is on me” – We’re glad you thought oft he Irma for a gift! Give something everyone needs but few have: time! We offer the possibility to purchase gift vouchers for overnight stays or wellness treatments.
• Dogs: We can accommodate a limited number of four-legged guests, provided they are well-behaved and properly trained. The daily fee is € 35.00, which covers the standard room cleaning.
  To maintain high standards of hygiene and comfort for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:
  – Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas, or upholstered furniture
  – Hotel towels, bathrobes, linens, or rugs must not be used to clean the pet
  – Washing dogs in the bathtub or shower is not permitted
  – Furthermore, pets are not allowed in the wellness area and/or pool areas or adjacent zones, in the Tea Room, in the breakfast room (neither inside nor outside), or at the In Viaggio RestaurantIf, at the end of the stay, the room requires extraordinary cleaning, sanitization, or the replacement of linens and/or furnishings, an additional charge between € 50.00 and € 400.00 will be applied, depending on the condition of the room.
• Mobile Phones: Please turn off or silence your phone in public areas.
• Emergencies: Dial 112 or contact the reception (internal number 9).
• Tips: To ensure a fair distribution of tips among all staff, we kindly ask you not to leave individual tips but to leave them at the reception, where they will be divided among our entire team, who work with dedication to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• Water: A bottle of filtered water is available in your room and will be replenished once a day. We are pleased to inform you that the tap water in Merano is pure and perfectly drinkable. Enjoy a sip of fresh, high-quality local water!
• E-Car: you can conveniently recharge your electric vehicle in our garage. Dedicated charging stations are located at the far end of the garage. Please make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi to access the display and complete the charging and payment process.

Our spa is a haven of peace and relaxation. We ask you to maintain this atmosphere of silence and respect for the privacy of other guests by avoiding the use of mobile phones, cameras, and/or video cameras. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Bathrobes and towels for the pools are available in your room.

Upon request, our specialized staff will be delighted to pamper you with massages, facial treatments, and cosmetic services.

• Indoor pool: open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Outdoor pools open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, from April to the end of October (not accessible from November to January)
• Saunas: open from 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM

Reception is open from 7:30 AM to 10 PM for all services, including check-in and check-out.

From 10 PM to 7:30 AM you can contact our night porter at any time by calling extension 9

If you wish to check out very early in the morning (before 7.30 AM) we kindly ask you to settle your bill the evening before. We prepare breakfast to take away upon request.
